Project Manager for structural repairs, rehabilitation, and waterproofing projects.
The role is based in Thane and covers PAN-India project sites.
Qualifications and Experience
- Requires 5–8 years of experience in structural repairs, rehabilitation, or waterproofing.
- Requires a Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
- The structured experience field separately lists four years as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and report directly to the proprietor.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and labor teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Travel and work at various project locations across India.
Skills
- Good knowledge of English and very good communication skills are required.
- Strong technical capability, team leadership, and problem-solving are required.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹600,000–₹800,000 per year.
