Responsibilities
- Source and procure automotive spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, workshop consumables, and maintenance services
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers
- Issue purchase orders and monitor order execution through to delivery
- Coordinate with workshops and fleet maintenance teams to understand spare parts requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, authorized dealers, and aftermarket suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues, warranty claims, and discrepancies
- Analyze spending trends and identify cost saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts procurement
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts sourcing and supplier networks in the UAE
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good understanding of automotive components, part numbering systems, and maintenance requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operational requirements

Role Overview
- The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring automotive spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, workshop consumables, and maintenance related services.
- Ensures timely availability of parts and services while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and strong supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Sourcing: Source and procure automotive spare parts and services; obtain and evaluate supplier quotations; identify alternative suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms; issue purchase orders.
- Technical & Operational Support: Coordinate with workshops and fleet maintenance; verify part numbers and specifications; maintain records of frequently used parts.
- Supplier Management: Develop relationships with OEMs and aftermarket suppliers; monitor performance; resolve supply issues and warranty claims.
- Cost Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies; analyze spending trends; support contract negotiations; maintain procurement records.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Professional procurement certification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts procurement.
- Experience in car rental, fleet management, automotive dealership, workshop, or transportation industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts sourcing and supplier networks in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of automotive components, part numbering systems, and maintenance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operational requirements.
