About the Role
ABC Imaging FZ LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to oversee procurement operations within the Advertising/Production department and work closely with the US Head Office.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers for inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase order placement
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply related issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier communications
- Update purchase, sales, and inventory data in the system accurately
- Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to avoid delays
- Work closely with Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth documentation and order processing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
- 1 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within Advertising or Production companies
- Knowledge of Advertising/Production materials and processes is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to analyze quotations and pricing structures effectively
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent coordination, follow up, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to oversee procurement operations within our Advertising / Production department and work closely with our US Head Office.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier coordination, price evaluation, system updates, and invoicing support to ensure efficient and cost effective purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
