Role Objective
Suntron Electronics L.L.C is looking for a results-driven **Purchase Coordinator** to manage procurement activities.
You will ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of electronics and supplies while maintaining the high standards of the Mohd Bin Ghalaita Group.
Key Responsibilities
- **Procurement:** Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process.
- **Sourcing:** Identify and vet reliable suppliers for electronic components.
- **Negotiation:** Secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- **Logistics:** Track shipments and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure order accuracy.
- **Compliance:** Maintain updated vendor records and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.
- **Finance Support:** Liaise with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.
Requirements
- **Experience:** 2–4 years of UAE procurement experience (Electronics industry preferred).
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
- **Skills:** Strong negotiation, advanced MS Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
- **Attributes:** High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with Dubai mainland commercial regulations.
