Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE procurement experience (Electronics industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain
- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with Dubai mainland commercial regulations

Role Objective
- Suntron Electronics L.L.C is looking for a results driven Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities.
- You will ensure the timely and cost effective acquisition of electronics and supplies while maintaining the high standards of the Mohd Bin Ghalaita Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement: Manage the end to end Purchase Order (PO) process.
- Sourcing: Identify and vet reliable suppliers for electronic components.
- Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Logistics: Track shipments and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure order accuracy.
- Compliance: Maintain updated vendor records and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.
- Finance Support: Liaise with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of UAE procurement experience (Electronics industry preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, advanced MS Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
- Attributes: High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai mainland commercial regulations.
