Japanese Cheese Cake and Co. Snacks is seeking a Purchase Assistant to handle day-to-day purchasing activities, source quotations, and coordinate with suppliers in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Purchase Manager in handling day-to-day purchasing activities
- Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documents
- Source quotations from approved suppliers and compare price, quality, specifications, and delivery terms
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, prices, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules
- Ensure purchases are made in accordance with approved company budgets and procurement procedures
Qualifications
- Assist the Purchase Manager in handling day-to-day purchasing activities
