Qualifications
- Experience working in industrial catering is required.
- Knowledge of menu planning and food cost control is required.
- The candidate must be able to lead the kitchen single-handedly.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and local health authority requirements is required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily food production to meet client and operational requirements.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served according to approved menus, recipes, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and service for large-volume meal production.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely meal delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, and local health authority requirements.
- Develop nutritious and cost-effective menus suitable for industrial catering operations.
- Monitor food quality throughout production and service.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
