The employer is seeking a Public Relations Officer to represent and support the company in Saudi Arabia.
The role is based in Riyadh and coordinates with the company’s Dubai-based management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in Saudi Arabia for official and business-related matters.
- Coordinate with government departments, authorities, organizations, and business partners.
- Attend meetings and appointments on behalf of the company.
- Follow up on applications, approvals, documentation, and official correspondence.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate between Saudi-based contacts and the Dubai management team.
- Provide management updates and reports.
- Assist with local business development and identify relevant opportunities and contacts.
- Handle confidential information and travel locally for official visits when required.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic with good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in PRO, government relations, business coordination, corporate relations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills are required.
- The candidate should be able to maintain relationships with senior-level contacts.
- Professional appearance and conduct are expected.
- A Saudi driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and coordinate directly with Dubai management.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
