- Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the company
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding formalities, including visa transfers and cancellations
- Monitor the status of applications and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties
- Maintain accurate records of employee documents and company licenses
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documentation requirements
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor and immigration regulations
- Assist in obtaining approvals, permits, and licenses as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor, immigration, and governmental procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in using government portals and online systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Overview

Compensation
- Pay: QAR 2,500 3,000 per month.
