- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of authentic Filipino dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency
- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new Filipino dishes or specials
- Properly store food items and minimize food waste
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Philippine/Filipino Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to prepare popular Filipino dishes such as Adobo, Sinigang, Kare Kare, Lechon, Pancit, and other regional specialties
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Job Summary
