Viola Communications is seeking an experienced Bilingual PR Manager covering Arabic and English.
The role supports a major communications programme within the Public Relations unit.
The position works closely with the client and wider agency team on communications, media relations, content, and programme delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications programme delivery from the client’s offices.
- Coordinate client and agency teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Identify topics, stories, and media angles that support communications objectives.
- Review Arabic and English content before publication for accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment.
- Manage media enquiries and coordinate interviews, briefings, and other media engagements.
- Build relationships with relevant media and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the wider agency team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Maintain media databases, coverage records, and communications materials.
- Prepare monthly reports covering communications activity, media coverage, and programme progress.
- Manage priorities, deadlines, and changing communications requirements with the client team.
