About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a key interface between McKinsey and Saudi Arabian government organizations and regulatory authorities
- Manage processes related to employment permits, entry visas, business licenses, and other specialized tasks under MHRSD, consulates, and immigration offices
- Monitor, renew, and maintain firm sponsored residence and work permits (Iqamas) and exit/re entry visas for expatriate employees and families
- Coordinate visa cancellations for departing sponsored employees and dependents
- Oversee GOSI compliance tasks, ensuring timely registration and deregistration of team members
- Administer municipal and corporate business licenses and tax remittances
- Track Saudization trends and Nitaqat ratios, manage block visas, and deliver compliance insights
- Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce for attested invitation letters and commercial registrations
- Provide crisis management and risk mitigation support during critical situations
- Maintain accurate, secure, and auditable logs of all administrative submissions
Requirements
- Completion of Secondary Education
- 5+ years’ experience in similar job with strong experience with government organizations and embassies
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and multi tasking capability
- Exemplary judgment, discretion and professionalism
- Good influencing skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Business level language skills of both written and spoken English

Your Impact
- Serve as a vital strategic liaison and coordinator between McKinsey & Company and various Saudi Arabian government organizations and regulatory authorities.
- Act as a key interface between the firm and these entities, particularly during high stakes situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage crucial processes related to employment permits, entry visas, business licenses, and other specialized tasks under MHRSD, local consulates, and immigration offices
- Proactively monitor, renew, and maintain firm sponsored residence and work permits (Iqamas) and multiple exit and re entry visas for expatriate employees and their families
- Coordinate and follow up on visa cancellations for departing sponsored employees and their dependents
- Oversee all GOSI compliance tasks, ensuring timely registration and deregistration of team members
- Administer municipal and corporate business licenses and tax remittances
- Track Saudization trends and Nitaqat ratios, manage available block visas, and deliver critical compliance insights
- Coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce to secure attested invitation letters and commercial registrations for business visas
- Act as an internal subject matter expert guiding teams on evolving visa formalities and governmental protocols
- Maintain highly accurate, secure, and auditable logs of all administrative submissions
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of Secondary Education
