- Monitor, assess, and enforce baseline security standards across the region
- Conduct regular reviews of threats and hazards and verify implementation of safeguards
- Execute routine control checks, track compliance, and follow up on gaps
- Maintain risk and safeguard data in global security platform
- Drive incident readiness by validating preparedness measures and support real time response
- Contribute to global event monitoring and response efforts
- Document incidents, create playbooks, and share lessons learned
- Provide practical security guidance and translate policies into operational actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (security, risk, international relations, political science, or related field)
- 2+ years experience in security, project management, or analytical role in a corporate context preferred
- Experience living in the Middle East with prior employment in an international corporation or NGO highly preferred
- Strong technical capabilities and hands on engagement with AI tools highly preferred
- Ability to independently conduct inquiries into risks, threats, and hazards and perform structured risk assessments
- Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous situations under time pressure
- Digitally and data literate with proactive approach to leveraging technology
- Strong values driven approach with integrity and accountability
- Highly collaborative, inclusive, open to giving and receiving feedback
- Business level English and mandatory fluent Arabic

Overview
- You will provide support for the firm’s activities in the Middle East focusing on incident management, travel safety, event security, study and workplace resilience programs.
- You will be based in Riyadh and be part of the MEO office cluster and attached to the global firm Security Team.
Your Impact

Your Qualifications and Skills
