Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient and, when required, inpatient care; prescribe and monitor psychopharmacological treatments
- Deliver evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and primary care physicians
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case conferences, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Support mental health education for patients, families, and staff
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with expertise in Psychiatric Care
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Specialized skills in Adolescent Psychiatry and age appropriate therapeutic approaches
- Relevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Current, valid license to practice medicine (or eligibility for licensing) in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, ethical practice, and adherence to regulatory and professional standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Psychiatrist role based in Riyadh.
- The Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient and, when required, inpatient care; prescribe and monitor psychopharmacological treatments; deliver evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain clinical documentation, participate in case conferences, and support mental health education.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with expertise in Psychiatric Care.
