- Manage the complete accounting and finance functions of the contracting business
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability across ongoing projects
- Review project wise revenue recognition, work in progress (WIP), and cost allocations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
- Monitor budget performance and identify cost saving opportunities
- Oversee payroll accounting and employee related financial transactions
- Ensure proper internal controls and financial governance are maintained
- Support tendering and project teams with financial inputs and costing analysis
