PSM Coordinator/Manager

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Occupational Safety, Business or a related discipline.

• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, applying principles and practices of risk assessment, safety engineering and hazard management.
• Previous experience in technical safety, systems safety and process safety tools/techniques.
• Good working knowledge of OSHA PSM regulations.
• Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters in a tactful and professional manner.
• Ability to implement and continuously improve processes in a changing environment.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Must be able to perform all essential and marginal functions of the job.

• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Required to carry a cell phone, and be available to respond during working and non-working hours.
• The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check, including credit report for certain positions, after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed. Supervisory Responsibility:

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$135,000/yr
