PSED Student Worker

The PSED Department is Searching for a Student Worker!

• General office support:-Assist secretary with general office duties including copy requests, scanning, assist walk-ins, mailings, etc.
• Front Desk Coverage-Greet students and visitors, manage the front desk, and provide a welcoming environment.
• Phone Management-Answer incoming call, take messages, and direct calls as appropriate.
• Errands-Run errands around campus, including picking up and dropping off print request.
• Project Assistance-Work on various projects as assigned by faculty and staff.
• Faculty Support-Assist faculty members with administrative tasks as needed.

• Student should be in academically good standing, good work ethics, able to follow directions, attention to detail, able to work independently as well as in a team work environment.
• Basic computer knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point, Student Portal, D2L.
• Current ESU Student.

• Up to 20 hours per week subject to change.
• Hourly rate $9.00

And yes, legal made us spell this out… Must be at least 18 years old and be able to read and write English.

Employment with ESU is contingent on the selected candidate passing a thorough background check that includes: FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse, and employment.
