An experienced office assistant for the Fine Arts Building that will help greet students, staff and faculty in the Fine Arts Office.
Assistants will help to answer the phone, cover the front desk and help with daily tasks like copying, data entry and filing.
Assistants will work a set schedule throughout the semester.
• Answering telephones
• Piano Maintenance
• Making photocopies & Sorting mail
• Helping students & assisting faculty members with various tasks/duties
• Occasional typing / computer work.
• Assisting the Administrative Assistant and Department Chair with various office tasks.

The Art+Media+Design & Theater Departments are searching for a motivated students to serve as the General Office Assistant.
Job Summary
An experienced office assistant for the Fine Arts Building that will help greet students, staff and faculty in the Fine Arts Office.
