The role sits within the Mainstreaming Delivery Unit of the Mainstreaming and Inclusion Division.
The team leads on the delivery of improvement activity designed to support the effective operation of the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) across the Scottish public sector.
This covers a range of regulatory and non-regulatory projects, which will impact the wider public sector.
The role offers varied policy work, including collaboration with a range of policy areas, senior leaders, Ministers, and external stakeholders, alongside opportunities to develop expertise in equality and human rights.
The team is made up of 1x C1, 2x B3, 1x B2 (this vacancy) and 1x B1.
