Role Overview
A Provisioning Analyst prepares and produces provisioning technical documentation and logistics support documentation in accordance with Company, military and commercial specifications and standards. The analyst organizes and prepares specified provisioning documentation including compilation/analysis of source material. Responsibilities include coordinating the development, editing, composition, production, and delivery of assigned provisioning technical documentation in accordance with applicable specifications/standards and other requirements, as well as coordinating required ancillary services and interdepartmental activities.

Job Overview
A Provisioning Analyst prepares and produces provisioning technical documentation and logistics support documentation in accordance with Company, military and commercial specifications and standards. The analyst organizes and prepares specified provisioning documentation including compilation/analysis of source material. Responsibilities include coordinating the development, editing, composition, production, and delivery of assigned provisioning technical documentation in accordance with applicable specifications/standards and other requirements, as well as coordinating required ancillary services and interdepartmental activities.
Key Responsibilities
- · Reviews ship’s drawings and matches equipment purchases to drawings.
- · Understands equipment/system ship work breakdown structure (SWBS).
- · Contacts vendors for detailed information on shipboard equipment and machinery.
- · Inputs equipment information into various software or databases.
- · Participates in shipboard validation.
- · Organizes and updates databases.
