Minimum Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience with IC Engines (2-stroke/4-stroke) or High-Voltage EV Power-trains.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, combustion principles, SFC maps, and DC power distribution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s (M.S.) focusing on hybrid architectures, powertrains, or energy systems.
- Experience tuning Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) systems & automotive ECUs.
- Solid grasp of high-voltage (HV) systems, electric motor dynamics, power electronics (inverters/converters), and battery energy storage.
- Experience sizing BLDC motors and propellers for UAVs.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Python for energy balance modelling.
- Alumni Status: Previous core member of a Formula Student (FSAE), Baja SAE, or a DBF (Design/Build/Fly) team is a massive plus.
