Requirements
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an operations background is preferred with good knowledge of maintaining accounts.
- 2–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, executive coordination, operations support, or administrative project roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and professional email coordination.
- Good organizational, documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
- Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, technology, aerospace, or defence environments will be preferred.
- Reporting Structure:
- The role will work closely with and report to the CEO and will function as a central project coordination, operational tracking, and administrative support resource across ongoing programs and organizational activities.
