Customer and Stakeholder Management
- Represent Airbus to airline customers for propulsion-system presentations and inspections before Final Assembly Line delivery.
- Communicate complex issues with senior internal and external stakeholders, address customer feedback, and act as the escalation point for high-exposure issues.
- Lead cross-functional crisis management during the delivery phase and support customer satisfaction improvements.

- Release the Propulsion System Inspection Document after checking technical documentation and product inspection for POA and safety compliance.
- Manage as-built status and conformity documentation, inspect reworked propulsion parts or assemblies, support audits, and provide technical quality leadership.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead lessons-learned sessions, value-stream and customer-transformation projects, business-efficiency initiatives, and adoption of digital quality tools such as Skywise.
- Maintain quality feedback loops and lead initiatives that improve organizational capability, quality KPIs, sustainable growth, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in aircraft propulsion systems and/or procurement-related fields.
- A technical or engineering background is required.
- Knowledge of supply-chain quality, industrial quality processes, audits, inspections, and control procedures is required.
- Advanced English proficiency, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, autonomy, adaptability, and project-management capability are required.
- French is a plus, SAP experience is preferred, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Workplace and Travel
