About the Role
The company is seeking an Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a growing PropTech marketplace.
The role supports buyers, sellers, brokers, and developers from onboarding through property offers and ongoing support.
The manager coordinates with Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage the daily flow of buyer and seller enquiries.
- Review and process property offers.
- Verify required documentation before offers progress.
- Monitor marketplace activity and maintain operational standards.
KYC and Compliance
- Review customer identity documentation.
- Ensure onboarding meets company KYC and AML requirements.
- Escalate suspicious activity where appropriate.
- Handle reports involving fraudulent listings, abuse, and policy breaches.
Payments and Transactions
- Investigate failed payments.
