Position Overview
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Job Type: Full time, Night Shift (aligned with Los Angeles working hours)
- On site role (not remote) with night shift working hours
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
What You'll Do
- Prepare and manage proposals from initial review through final submission
- Write, edit, and organize proposal content
- Review RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and bid requirements
- Coordinate with U.S. headquarters team to gather information and documentation
- Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time
- Conduct competitor and market research to improve proposal quality and win rates
- Manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of RFP, tender, bid, or proposal writing experience
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Ability to create proposal submissions independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience with government, security, construction, facilities management, IT, or professional services proposals
- Experience with U.S. government proposals is an advantage but not required
