- Good understanding of contractual, commercial and technical aspects of projects
- Leadership and facilitation skills
- Fluency in English

What You Will Be Doing
- Under coordination of Project Development director, responsible for development of PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M Services bids
In This Framework, You Will Have To
- Participate with Business Developer in identification of business opportunities and support in EOI and RFQ
- Participate in identifying bid strategy and potential partners
- Prepare bid budget, bid planning schedule, bid deliverables and follow up/coordination
- Define bid submission target price and project costs
- Set deadlines for preparation of various components of bids
- Identify project risks and mitigations
- Participate in negotiation with clients
Who We Are Looking For
- Higher education degree (engineering school or university in Civil, Mechanical or Hydraulics)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M project environment
- Good understanding of contractual, commercial and technical aspects
- Recognised for leadership and facilitation skills
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments
- Initiative, rigor, good team spirit
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Fluency in English
