The Proposal Analyst supports proposal submissions for a life sciences services organization.

The role collaborates with Business Development, subject matter experts, contracts, finance, operations, and proposal management staff.

Receive and analyze RFPs from Business Development and coordinate subject matter expert assignments.
Prepare and modify proposal text, budgets, and cover letters for proposals and rebids.
Check that proposal text and budgets align with RFPs, client specifications, communications, and internal assumptions.
Obtain third-party quotes as needed.
Manage proposal stage gates from RFP receipt to delivery with limited line manager support.
Support project initiation with contracts, finance, and operations through PlanActivation.
Update proposal and sales management tools, systems, and forms with status and value information.
Coordinate project handover meetings and learn to present budgets in requested client formats.
Provide functional guidance and apply process guidelines to internal stakeholders when needed.

BA or BS degree or equivalent in a business or health-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimal experience or exposure in proposal preparation within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
