Role overview
The Principal Workforce Analyst transforms workforce data into strategic business insights through advanced analytics, statistical modeling, data storytelling, and workforce consulting.
The role leads predictive workforce solutions, workforce planning analytics, and executive reporting using Power BI, SQL, and modern analytical techniques.
The position is based in Madhapur, Telangana, India, with shift timings from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Education and experience
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, computer science, analytics, human resources, or a related discipline is required.
- At least five years of relevant experience in workforce, HR, business, people, or related analytics is required.
- Eight or more years of overall analytics experience and a master's degree are preferred.
- Predictive or statistical modeling experience in a business environment is required.
Technical skills
- Advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics knowledge is required.
- Experience with Logistic Regression, Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbors, classification, regression, segmentation, or clustering is required.
