About AIM Properties
AIM Properties is a Dubai-based real estate agency built on data-led advice, marketing, and client experience.
The company is expanding its in-house media team.
The Role
Film and edit property tours, agent content, and campaign videos for YouTube, Instagram, and major property portals.
Responsibilities
- Shoot property tours, aerial footage, and agent-led content across Dubai.
- Edit landscape and vertical video to a consistent brand standard.
- Add on-screen text, graphics, colour grading, and sound design.
- Manage lighting, gimbal, and audio setup on location.
- Organise, back up, and catalogue all raw and final media.
- Deliver content on agreed turnaround times alongside the marketing team.
Requirements
- At least two years of videography and editing experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle.
- Submit a strong portfolio or showreel with the application.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.
- Confidence with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
