Job Type and Compensation
- The role is full-time and commission-based.
- Compensation consists of uncapped commission based on performance.
Main Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required for eligibility.
- Proficient English is required; Chinese, Tagalog, Russian, and Arabic are optional.
- At least one year of Property Consultant experience is preferred, while sales skills may be considered for freshers.
- Knowledge of property market trends is required.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Specialization in specific communities or areas is preferred.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, punctual, and proactive in providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide market insights and industry knowledge.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and deliver customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attend networking events to cultivate new business opportunities.
