AX CAPITAL are seeking a commercially driven and service-focused Property Manager to grow their residential portfolio in Dubai.
This role combines **business development, client relationship management, portfolio performance optimization, and revenue growth**.
The successful candidate will be responsible not only for operational management, but also for expanding the landlord base, improving retention, and driving portfolio profitability.
Required
- **Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are preferred.**
- **Experience in property management, real estate, or client portfolio management is highly desirable**
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Preferred
- Experience in the Dubai real estate property management market
- Existing landlord or broker network
- Familiarity with property management systems and CRM tools
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this role will be discussed with the successful candidate.
The overall package includes a **fixed salary plus KPI-based performance bonus**, aligned with portfolio growth, retention, service quality, and revenue targets.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will operate as a **portfolio owner**, who actively grows their book of business, keeps landlords loyal, tenants satisfied, and assets performing at peak level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
