Role Overview
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
Support tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance resolution, and compliance with tenancy regulations.
Tenant and Lease Management
- Manage tenant screening, onboarding, and move-in and move-out processes.
- Administer lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
- Enforce lease terms, property rules, and tenancy obligations.
- Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, and implement recovery actions.
- Administer security deposits, including collection, reconciliation, and refunds.
- Conduct market rent reviews and support strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Develop vacancy management initiatives to optimize occupancy levels.
Tenant Relations and Customer Service
- Maintain positive tenant relationships through responsive and professional customer service.
- Address tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate tenant communications and support satisfaction and retention.
