About the Role
Driven Properties L.L.C is seeking a Photographer & Videographer to produce high-quality visual content for luxury residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, with experience in real estate photography and videography.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off-plan properties
- Produce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media content
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- Operate drones for aerial photography and videography where required
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns
- Ensure all visual content aligns with Driven Properties' brand standards
- Manage and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment
- Organize, archive, and maintain digital media files
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and emerging photography and videography techniques
- Manage multiple shoots and deliver high-quality content within agreed deadlines
