Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily property management operations for residential and/or commercial properties
- Act as main point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance requests, inquiries, and service issues
- Schedule and follow up with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, tenant information, and property documents
- Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, renewals, and related documentation
- Monitor rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances when required
- Coordinate property inspections, handovers, and move in/move out processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations
- Prepare reports related to property status, tenant requests, and maintenance activities
- Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in property management or real estate coordination
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of property management systems is a plus

Job Summary
- The Property Management Coordinator supports the daily operations of property management activities by coordinating between tenants, property owners, maintenance teams, and internal departments.
- The role ensures smooth property operations, timely maintenance, accurate documentation, and excellent tenant service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily property management operations for residential and/or commercial properties.
