Property Management Assistant

• Conduct condition reports at properties across our managed portfolio, capturing accurate and detailed records
• Support the leasing process, including attending opens and assisting with applications
• Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and the wider Property Management team
• Maintain accurate records in our systems following each report or leasing activity
• Assist with general portfolio tasks as required

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Real Estate qualification is required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, well presented manner
• Reliability and strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to accurate reporting
• A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule across multiple properties
• A genuine interest in property management, with a real estate qualification (or working towards one) viewed favourably but not essential
