Campaign Coordinator (Experienced)

• Coordinate all campaign advertising across print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with Marshall White's brand guidelines
• Manage advertising schedules and budgets to ensure all campaigns run on time and within financial parameters
• Process advertising invoices and maintain accurate campaign trackers and records
• Compile detailed market and suburb reports to support marketing efforts and client presentations
• Prepare compelling pre-listing kits and listing presentations that showcase properties at the highest standard
• Assemble inspection packs and manage the administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly day to day
• Maintain organised systems for campaign documentation, databases and correspondence
• Support seamless collaboration between teams to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues alike

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar Campaign Coordinator, real estate administration or marketing support role with prior experience in the real estate industry being essential
• A genuine enjoyment of the administrative side of a role. You understand that meticulous back-end work is what makes the front-end shine, and you take pride in it
• A strong understanding of real estate marketing campaigns and how they are executed
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of tasks in a busy environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work, however big or small the task
• Experience with Box + Dice is an advantage though not essential
