This is a part-time hybrid role for a Property Maintenance Manager Operations, based in Abu Dhabi with flexible work-from-home options.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day property maintenance tasks, managing operational workflows, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, maintaining facilities, supervising maintenance schedules, and implementing efficient workflows.
The candidate will also ensure excellent customer service and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Project Management experience to ensure smooth processes and task efficiency.
- Expertise in Maintenance, with a focus on property upkeep and technical issue resolution.
- Proven ability in Team Management to lead and support diverse staff effectively.
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain satisfaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools or software related to property and operations management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance, operations, or a related field.
- Flexibility to manage both onsite and remote responsibilities effectively.
