Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Fluent English communication skills
- Previous real estate, sales, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or customer facing experience preferred

Role Overview
- Seeking ambitious and results driven Property Consultants to join Abu Dhabi team.
- Open to professionals interested in Primary Market (Off Plan Sales) or Secondary Market (Resale & Listings).
What You'll Do
- Primary Market (Off Plan): Present and sell off plan projects to investors; advise on market opportunities; build relationships with developers and buyers; manage sales process.
- Secondary Market (Resale & Listings): Source property listings; build landlord relationships; market properties; conduct viewings; negotiate offers; manage sales pipeline.
- General: Generate business through networking and prospecting; maintain CRM records; deliver exceptional customer service; achieve sales targets; collaborate with internal teams.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Sales oriented mindset with passion for achieving results.
- Excellent follow up and pipeline management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self motivated, resilient, and performance driven.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred: Previous real estate, sales, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or customer facing experience.
- UAE real estate experience highly advantageous.
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a strong advantage.
