Property Shop Investment (PSI) is hiring a Property Advisor for off-plan real estate sales in Abu Dhabi. The role involves presenting and selling off-plan projects, generating leads, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell off plan property projects to both local and international clients
- Proactively generate leads through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors
- Guide clients with insights on market trends, project offerings, and investment potential
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through to closing
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and launches
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- A sales driven attitude with a passion for achieving results
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Self motivated, resilient, and goal oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; fluency in European, Russian, Chinese & Arabic are highly preferred
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is beneficial but not essential
- Open to fresh graduates and career switchers with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment
