About the Role
Flow is seeking a Property Financial Controller to oversee full accounting and financial reporting across its property portfolio in KSA. You will manage month-end close, financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Own the full month end close process for all managed properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards
- Compile, analyze, and monitor property level financial data, and review property owner reports
- Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor liquidity across the property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Leasing, Legal, Operations) and external property managers
- Supervise tenant billing and collection matters in coordination with Property Management team
- Supervise vendor billing and payment matters in coordination with Property Management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in real estate or property accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations (VAT, Zakat, e invoicing)
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar ERP systems
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple property entities
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic

Role Summary

- This role is central to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering timely financial insights.

Requirements
