Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of luxury secondary market listings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from valuation and listing to negotiation and closing.
  • Provide strategic market analysis and tailored investment advice to clients.
  • Maintain consistent follow up to nurture long term client relationships.
  • Represent the brand at networking events and within high net worth circles.
  • Deliver an exceptional, concierge level client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Dubai’s Secondary Real Estate Market.
  • Proven track record of closing high value transactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage premium clientele.
  • In depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury communities.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
  • UAE driving license.
  • Prior luxury real estate experience preferred.
