- Prepare performance reports and support operational improvements
- Help ensure every client enquiry receives a professional and timely response
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Lead Management, Customer Service, CRM Administration, Sales Support, or Call Centre Operations
- Experience using CRM systems (Real Estate CRM experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, analyse data, and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
