- Fluent English and Arabic

About the Role
- We are seeking ambitious and results driven Property Consultants to join our Abu Dhabi team.
- This opportunity is open to professionals interested in either the Primary Market (Off Plan Sales) or Secondary Market (Resale & Listings).
Key Responsibilities
- Property Consultant – Primary Market (Off Plan Sales): Present and sell off plan projects to investors; Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends; Build relationships with developers and buyers; Manage sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Resale / Listing Agent – Secondary Market: Source and secure property listings from landlords; Build and maintain long term client relationships; Market properties through portals and company channels; Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals; Maintain CRM pipeline and records; Prior Expe
Requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in real estate or client facing sales roles
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/Dubai property market preferred
- CRM and property portal experience
- Self motivated and target driven mindset
- Fluent English and Arabic
Preferred
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage
- Background in sales industries (real estate, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, luxury retail)
- Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
