Responsibilities
- Present and sell off plan projects to local and international investors
- Advise clients on market opportunities, project launches, and investment strategies
- Build relationships with developers and prospective buyers
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing
- Source and secure property listings from landlords and property owners
- Build and maintain long term landlord relationships
- Market properties across leading portals and sales channels
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM systems
- Generate business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and client engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow up activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- A sales oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Excellent follow up and pipeline management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Fluent English communication skills
- Previous real estate, sales, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or customer facing experience (preferred)
- UAE real estate experience is highly advantageous
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a strong advantage

- We are seeking ambitious and results driven Property Consultants to join our Abu Dhabi team.
- This opportunity is open to professionals interested in either the Primary Market (Off Plan Sales) or Secondary Market (Resale & Listings).
What You'll Do
- Primary Market (Off Plan): Present and sell off plan projects to local and international investors; Advise clients on market opportunities, project launches, and investment strategies; Build relationships with developers and prospective buyers; Manage the sales process from lead generation through c
