- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional real estate advice
- Follow up on company provided leads and convert them into successful transactions
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features and market trends
- Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and new developments
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Fluent in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory
