About the Role

  • We are looking for experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants who are area specialists in key Dubai communities, including Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills Estate, Downtown Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales & rental cycle for secondary market properties.
  • Generate and qualify buyer, seller, landlord & tenants leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of listings within your specialist area.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
  • Provide clients with accurate market advice, pricing, and investment insights.
  • Maintain long term relationships with investors, homeowners, and repeat clients.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (secondary/ready market).
  • Proven sales record in one or more of the specified areas.
  • Strong understanding of current market trends and pricing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self motivated and target driven.
  • Valid RERA registration/card is preferred.
  • UAE driving license and own car are an advantage.
