- Maintain long term relationships with investors, homeowners, and repeat clients
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (secondary/ready market)
- Proven sales record in one or more of the specified areas
- Strong understanding of current market trends and pricing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self motivated and target driven
- Valid RERA registration/card is preferred
- UAE driving license and own car are an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for experienced Secondary Market Property Consultants who are area specialists in key Dubai communities, including Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills Estate, Downtown Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales & rental cycle for secondary market properties.
- Generate and qualify buyer, seller, landlord & tenants leads.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of listings within your specialist area.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
- Provide clients with accurate market advice, pricing, and investment insights.
- Maintain long term relationships with investors, homeowners, and repeat clients.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company standards.
