Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and prospecting
- Manage qualified buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations
- Negotiate offers and prepare transaction documents
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience; real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated with strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for ambitious, customer focused, and target driven Property Consultants to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will assist local and international clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and prospecting.
- Manage qualified buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and property requirements.
- Recommend suitable off plan, ready, resale, luxury, and commercial properties.
- Conduct property consultations for both end users and investors.
- Build long term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
- Prepare reservation forms, MOUs, and other transaction documents.
- Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, conveyancers, developers, and Dubai Land Department.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship building abilities.
- Self motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or Urdu are an advantage.
Compensation
- Attractive commission structure with up to 70% commission based on performance.
- Uncapped earning potential.
- Incentives for top performers.
- Performance bonuses (where applicable).
- Pay: AED 8,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month

Working Hours
