Job Summary

  • We are looking for ambitious, customer focused, and target driven Property Consultants to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will assist local and international clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and prospecting.
  • Manage qualified buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant inquiries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives and property requirements.
  • Recommend suitable off plan, ready, resale, luxury, and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property consultations for both end users and investors.
  • Build long term client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and project presentations.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers.
  • Prepare reservation forms, MOUs, and other transaction documents.
  • Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants, conveyancers, developers, and Dubai Land Department.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience; real estate experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship building abilities.
  • Self motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, or Urdu are an advantage.

Compensation

  • Attractive commission structure with up to 70% commission based on performance.
  • Uncapped earning potential.
  • Incentives for top performers.
  • Performance bonuses (where applicable).
  • Pay: AED 8,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month

Working Hours
