Role Description
- This is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- As a Property Consultant, you will handle advising clients on property investments, identifying potential opportunities, and assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing real estate properties.
- Daily activities involve conducting property viewings, preparing market analyses, building business relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting, specifically in advising clients on property investments and real estate transactions
- Strong Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market, including industry trends, regulations, and property management
- Self motivated and goal oriented with the ability to handle a dynamic workload
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or any related field preferred
- UAE real estate experience and a valid driver's license are advantageous
