Role Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to capture high-quality visuals that showcase our properties, brand, and team in the best possible way.
This role will focus heavily on creating engaging content for social media platforms, as well as working closely with employees and management to capture internal moments including office briefings, events, team activities, property shoots, and company initiatives.
The successful candidate should be passionate about content creation, storytelling, and producing visually appealing media that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, company events, internal briefings, team activities, and social media content.
- Edit and produce engaging photo and video content aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives across digital and social media platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team, management, and employees to plan and execute creative shoots for listings, campaigns, events, and internal initiatives.
- Create dynamic short-form and long-form content suitable for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Manage and maintain all photography, videography, and editing equipment to ensure readiness for shoots and content delivery.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, real estate content styles, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and creativity of visual content.
- What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse property types.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate is a must.
- The ideal candidate must be available to
- join immediately.
- Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and post-production techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its aesthetic preferences is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet project schedules.
