Springfield Properties is looking for a driven and client-focused Property Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in real estate.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow within a competitive market.
Fluency in Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, or German is highly valued, as you will be working with an international client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering a high level of service
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations professionally
- Keep up to date with market trends, available listings, and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate (sales or leasing)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (Russian, Spanish, Arabic, French, Italian, or German)
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus
